Rhomeyn Johnson is an American actor, singer and voiceover artist.

He began performing at an early age as an athlete and actor in his hometown of Detroit, MI.  It was there where Rhomeyn's success in commercials and voiceovers lead him to working in Chicago as the radio voice of Michael Jordon and performing with Second City as a celebrated improviser and impersonator.   Amidst renown as a comedic player, Rhomeyn made his first film appearance in the urban drama “Light it Up” from 20th Century Fox and followed up by playing the dramatic lead in the BET television movie “Vacant Lot” as a troubled musician and father.

Before long Rhomeyn was in Los Angeles where he was appearing on hit television shows such as “The Practice,” “Grounded for Life,” “Barbershop,” and “Grey’s Anatomy,” and recurring on Fox’s “Malcolm in the Middle” and ABC’s “Boston Legal.”  As a trained dramatic tenor he has steadily become a unique, versatile voice in television, film and commercials.   With over 4 first-run Super Bowl commercials to his name Rhomeyn starred in Blue Shield’s popular “Circumcision” ad and IBM’s successful “Ideating” spot.   In 2008 and 2009 he completed successive Super Bowl ads for the NFL Network.  For his starring role as boxer Sonny Liston in the independent feature “Low” Rhomeyn earned critical acclaim during the 2008 Method Fest where LA.com wrote “[Rhomeyn] plays the part of the over-the-hill, unstable boxer to perfection.”

An avid sports fan, Rhomeyn currently lives in Los Angeles where he enjoys baseball, basketball, football and ice hockey.
